So is your manifesting and hoping.

It is only through action that any change is made. I don't even hold your list of goals in that much higher regard.
If you can't remember your goals, such as hitting quota, getting promoted, paying off debt, buying a house, etc., how important can they actually be?
I forget the groceries I need to buy unless I write them down because it's not very important(my wife will text me and send pictures of the item because I'll grab baking soda when she wants baking powder). I've never forgotten to hit my quota or pay off my debt.
My Dad used to say, "Hope in hand, and sh!t is the other. See what fills up first."
Try list. Write down your goals, but then pair them with your list of sacrifices you're willing to make to achieve those goals. If you struggle to write down concrete things you're ready to give up to achieve your goals, I will bet money you're going to achieve them.
